Vowel Verbs
     Everything is done by dropping -ru and replacing it with something else.
 
Replace -ru with:
-masu for polite present
-mashita for polite past
-masen for polite present negative
-masen deshita for polite past negative
-mashoo for polite potential (let's or might)
-ta for plain past
-nai for plain negative present
-nakatta for plain past negative
-tara for 'if'
-reba for 'if'
-tari for 'do things like'
-yoo for let's or I might
-ro for rude orders
-te for gerund (used for giving orders and for saying things like tabete nomimasu ~eat and drink~)
-naide for negative gerund
-rareru for 'can' ~now a -iru/-eru verb~
-saseru for 'make someone do' ~now a -iru/-eru verb~
-rareru for passive 'is X-ed' ~now a -iru/-eru verb~
-saserareru for 'be made to' ~now a -iru/-eru verb~

Consanant Verbs
These are the hardest of all verbs to conjugate because there are too many things to remember.
Drop final -u and replace with:>note< if after dropping the -u the verb ends in an s make sure to put an h before the ending.(p)=polite form (pl)=plain form
-imasu for present tense(p)
-imashita for past tense(p)
-imasen for present negative(p)
-imasen deshita for past negative(p)
-imashoo for tentative(p)~let's or might form~
-tta for past(pl) ~verbs ending in vowel+u,tsu,or ru~
-nda for past(pl)~verbs ending in nu,mu,or bu
-ita for past(pl)~verb ending in ku~
-ida for past(pl)~verb ending in gu~
-shita for past(pl)~verb ending in su~
-te form replace a from plain past with e
